At 8 Pickleball, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and love your gear as much as we do!
Finding the perfect paddle takes time, and we’re here to help you get it right.
Please note that all items must be purchased directly from 8pickleball.com to qualify for a return or exchange.
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Support Team for approval. Any items sent back without prior authorization unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@8pickleball.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
Warranty Policy
At 8 Pickleball, we take pride in the performance and durability of our paddles. Every product we make represents our commitment to quality, and we stand behind that promise. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty covering major manufacturing defects for the original owner.
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and applies only to new paddles purchased directly from 8pickleball.com or an authorized 8 Pickleball retailer.
Please note:
Demo paddles, used paddles, and second-hand purchases are not eligible for warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
Accidental damage (drops, impacts, etc.)

A description of the issue
